National School Bus Safety week will be October 16-October 20, 2023 this year.

The theme is "Safely Rolling To My Destination."

A special thank you to our Point Isabel ISD Bus Drivers for making a big impact on our PIISD student's educational experience.  Daily, our drivers strive to get our students to school and home safely and on time.  

Daily, Our Amazing Bus Drivers:

  • Transport our students to school so they can have a successful day of learning and interacting with their peers

  • Transport our students to their assigned stops safely after a long day at school

  • Transport our students on academic study trips to add to their educational experience (museums, zoos, farms, aquariums, colleges, etc.)

  • Transport our student athletes to their practices and games

  • Provide lessons about safety and teach our students about responsibility
